With our Dump Trailer Rental Services, IPM LLC will deliver, set up, and pick up a dump trailer (48 hours after drop off) to haul off any and all of your unwanted goodies! PROPERTY CLEARING

OUR ROOTS

Parker Gillen founded Impeccable Property Management, LLC in March of 2022 after walking out of his job on a whim - a split second decision fueled by nothing but a dream. Thanks to his wife (who he informed of this decision that night, sitting in the camper they called home) and his family, IPM has grown more than he could've imagined in just a few short years. With nothing but determination, a strong work ethic, and a vision for something better, Parker set out to create a company defined by integrity, reliability, and hard work. What began with one man, one truck, and a few tools has grown into a trusted and well-known name in property services. In June of 2024, Josh Saunders (Parker's brother-in-law) joined the IPM team as Parker's right hand man. Since then, Josh has helped grow IPM tremendously, from advertising the company to executing every job and assuring every client is beyond satisfied. Josh has been there every step of the way and is now IPM's main operator. Both of these men come from a long line of grit, drive, and entrepreneurial men; from Parker's grandfather (Bob Gillen) and father (Hunter Gillen) starting and running various businesses (including Gillen's Ford Garages of Gallipolis, Ironton, and Chesapeake, OH), to Josh's great grandfather (Sam Cooke) and father (Josh Saunders Sr.) starting and running various businesses (including Cooke's Farm Center of Ironton, OH and Hog Heaven Catering of Aid, OH). Every project completed and every happy customer is a reminder to these 2 of where it all began - in the moment of risk, belief, and the drive to turn uncertainty into opportunity. Impeccable Property Management, LLC was built from the ground up, and that same spirit of perseverance continues to drive everything the company does today.
